Jivananda Helping Scientists Reach Life-Wellness

The Jivananda Lifestyle Programme with its simple ways to lead a happier, healthier and balanced life is catching on well with the Indian Defence scientists. An instance of the above fact can be seen in the unprecedented enthusiasm and curiosity that it created among the D.R.D.O. (Defence Research Development Organisation) scientists at I.M.S.T. (Institute of Missile Systems Technology), R.C.I. (Research Centre Imarat), Hyderabad, India in a recent workshop conducted by Dr. Partap Chauhan.

Jivananda is a lifestyle programme that focuses on cleansing the body, senses and the mind, so that we can realise the fact that we are souls (Jiva) and can attain bliss (Ananda). It helps people in the busy life of today to lead a natural life and conduct themselves effortlessly through the maze of life’s variables and constants.

Dr. Chauhan’s day-long programme came to a conclusion with the scientists getting a chance to have personal interactions with Dr. Chauhan in the form of consultations. Dr. Sapna Bhargava, Sr. Ayurvedic Consultant from Jiva assisted Dr. Chauhan in the consultations. A line-up of Jiva’s range of health- and beauty-care products was also on display.

Mr. Rajendra Prasad, Director, I.M.S.T. , seeing the interest among his colleagues, expressed his hope of hosting such workshops in the near future.
